You will identify what beliefs no longer serve you, and learn how to let them go so that you can focus on more aligned thought pattterns and beliefs, allowing you to break free of feeling stuck, unmotivated and unhappy with your life.
So many women out everyone else before themselves, and it is leaving you feeling burny out, overwhelmed and exhausted.
At the retreat, we will teach you how to connect back into your intuition, your body's needs and desires and how to honour them so that you can feel peace, contement and fulfilled.
Taking some much needed 'me' time is VITAL for you to be able to feel and show up as the best, most energised and happy version of you. Spend time fillinig your own cup up, so that you can give fromthe overflow. Remember, you cannot pour from an empty cup. So you NEED to full your own up first.
